Transportation and Expanded Learning Programs

The Transportation Department makes it a priority to support the educational process by providing safe, dependable, efficient and cost-effective transportation in response to the needs of students, staff and community, while focusing on delivering outstanding customer service. School transportation is a privilege available for students who are eligible according to the Board of Education Administrative Regulation (AR) 3451.

Expanded Learning Programs are available to all SBCUSD students in grades TK–12.

After School (CAPS): Programs operate daily from the dismissal bell until 6:00 PM.
Before School (Sunrise): Programs run from 7:00 AM until breakfast at middle and high schools.
