When is the first day of school?
The first day of school is Monday, August 2, 2021.

What time does school start?
Regular school hours (Tuesday – Friday) are 7:40am – 2:11pm. 
Late Start Modified Monday hours are 9:45am – 2:35pm.

Is the first day of school a late start Monday?
No. The first day of school is a regular-start Monday with class beginning at 7:40am.

Will parents be allowed to walk students to class the first of school?
Unfortunately, parents will not be permitted on campus to walk students to class.

Do students have to wear face masks at school?
Yes, all students and staff are required to wear face coverings in all indoor spaces. As we receive further guidance, we will inform the community about any changes or adjustments.

Will there be temperature checks as students arrive to school?
Yes. Each person will go through a temperature check before entering campus, daily.

Will there be an after-school program available to students?
Yes, we will have CAPS available to students beginning the second day of school August 3rd. For students to attend CAPS, parents must fill out an application at http://tinyurl.com/CAPSapp21

Will students be required to change for PE? How much are PE clothes?
Yes, as part of their PE class students will be required to change into PE clothes at the beginning of class. However, for the first two weeks of school students will be in there PE classrooms and will not be changing for PE.

PE clothes are $10 for the shirt and $10 for the shorts, totaling $20.
The purchasing of PE clothes will be scheduled through students’ PE class and each student will be notified as to their assigned day by their teacher.
